Congratulations to all teams and individuals who participated in the 2012 State Meet. The competition was incredible! Congrats to Ron and Joan Ganim on another State championship, and to Joe Corrigan for his Runner-Up finish. That may be a first for Mentor!
Also, we recognized Joe Gura (Magnificat) as our Sportsmanship, Ethics, & Integrity Award winner presented by the OHSAA; Barb Guilivo (judge) for her longtime service to gymnastics; and Celeste Fryman (Napoleon) as our State Coach of the Year. All of these people have made a positive impact on our sport and we are proud to recognize them.
The Board will be meeting April 23, so if you have suggestions for next year, please get them to your district representative.
